GUARANTEES

All of our jewellery is covered by our guarantee that entitles you to free repairs for accidental damage should the need arise for a period of 3 years from purchase. During this period you are also entitled to a free replacement or equivalent piece if your jewellery cannot be repaired.

After the guarantee period has expired there will be a small charge for repair work undertaken to jewellery purchased from us. After the guarantee period has expired you will also be entitled to 50% off a replacement or equivalent piece of jewellery if repair is not possible.

 

We are happy to make adjustments or alterations to items you have purchased from us and these are covered by our guarantee, however, there may be a small charge incurred if extra materials are required for example if a ring enlargement by several sizes is needed or necklace chain lengthening, etc.

All metals and gem materials we use are guaranteed genuine and as described. 

​

All precious metals over the legal weight limits will be assayed and fully hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

​

The cost of posting your jewellery back to us is not included in the guarantee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied you can return your jewellery within 30 days in its original unworn condition (trying on is fine) of receiving for a full refund.

 

Stud and hook earrings and other piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

Return of customised or bespoke pieces may be subject to a fee for alteration and re-stocking.

 

Commission pieces cannot be returned for refund.

 

If there is a fault or defect with your jewellery you can return within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

 

Postage will not be refunded unless there is a fault or defect with your jewellery.
